Application for the INTERNSHIP Programme will open in the first quarter of 2020 to provide current and recent students with an opportunity to work with the NCI Agency international community; primarily in The Hague, Mons or Brussels. However, other NCI Agency locations may be included. The Agency's Internship Programme provides you with an opportunity to gain valuable work experience from the Agency and an understanding of the work of an international C4ISR organization while at the same time enhancing your Curriculum Vitae and skills.
Through its Internship Programme, the NCI Agency is aiming at creating a more diverse environment by engaging interns of different nationalities, cultures and backgrounds. * C4ISR: Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance. Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: application is limited to nationals of NATO Member Nations.
Qualification: you must be currently studying towards a university-level degree or be recent university graduates.
Language: you must be proficient in the use of the English language, both written and oral.
Duration of the ContractIn principle, internships last between 3 to 10 months and will start in March and September during the calendar year.
CompensationYou will be compensated at a fixed rate of €1086.07 in Belgium and €1167.45 in The Netherlands per month, based on 38 hours work per week. The Agency will also compensate travel expenses incurred upon taking up and returning to their home country upon completion of the internship (up to a maximum of €1000 in total).
